World Vision Experience

Sept 29 - Oct 2 Church of the Transfiguration will welcome the World Vision Experience, which is an 20 - 30 min., interactive encounter with places of great human need and suffering. World Vision, the global relief agency, essentially converted an 18-wheeler into a rolling interactive museum, to bring these places right to the door of communities in the United States, and enable people to have deep encounters with situations that seem very far away. The goal is to heighten awareness of these dire circumstances, and increase our empathy and depth of compassion.

9/30 Friday: Noon – 8:00 pm
10/1 Saturday: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
10/2 Sunday: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
