Since continuing education is not required of our clergy in this diocese, it is critical that we all take advantage of opportunities like this when they are offered.
A conference designed especially for clergy serving in Pastoral and Family size churches will offer a chance to meet and work with other clergy who share similar challenges on a regular basis.
This two-day event will focus on the role of the priest and his or her leadership skills in developing and maintaining a healthy environment that will lead to growth and a better working relationship with your church leadership.
A third day is designed to meet with lay leaders in order to look at their role in growing a church.
