Mission and Outreach: Hunger Summit

Did you ever want to know what policies and legislation at both the state and federal levels affects hunger and poverty in Texas? How does it affect you and your hunger ministry in your community?

The 5th Annual Dallas Hunger Summit on September 16th from 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM will provide an opportunity to learn from leading bipartisan anti-hunger and anti-poverty experts and advocates from around the country and Texas about recommendations and ideas to improve Child Hunger and SNAP policies that can reduce food insecurity among our north Texas neighbors. Register to attend:www.2016dallashungersummit.eventbrite.com. Scholarships are available. All the information you need is on the link, but contact Dabney Dwyer,   if you have questions.
