The Student Leadership Conference is a day to further develop your skills as a leader as well as helping train your leadership team. This event is for students who are leaders or have a desire to become leaders in your church, adults who lead students, parents who help with the youth program, and anyone else who desires to help young adults grow in knowledge of and faith in Jesus.

Presented by the Diocese of Dallas Youth Commission, the day will be broken up into two main sessions, three breakout sessions and will include a time for a lunch discussion. Our Breakout Session workshop topics will include Discerning Your Call, Building and Defending Youth Ministry Budget, Doing Hard Things, Disciplines of a Mature Faith, Creative Youth Ministry, Parents Are People Too, and Ministering to Students with Special Needs.

These Breakout Sessions will be led by clergy and lay leaders from around the Diocese of Dallas and we are excited to have our own Bishop Sumner join us for our opening session. You can find more information about each breakout session at the bottom of this page.*
