Registration for Happening is now OPEN
November 15 - 17, 2019
Cost: $120 for Student and Adult Participants
Time: November 11 is the last day we can accept registrations so the time to act is NOW.
Who: Youth entering grades 9 - 12 are welcome to attend. (Also) We have space for 8 adults who would like to make a Happening. Strategically - these adults should be clergy or youth leaders who have never made a Happening. *Our goal is to build a strong leadership base for future Happening events.

They will NEED a signed acknowledgment form from their local priest. So - please consider printing & signing these for youth and handing them the form as a way of encouraging a student to sign up. If you want to print a form: click here

How are Happening leaders selected: This year camp staff submitted names of students who were seen as leaders during the summer camp program. Of those students were asked if they could make two weekends, the first in San Antonio and the second as leaders for our Nov. 15 - 17 weekend coming up. We are blessed with three amazing young persons; Katie Murphy, Ethan Lerner and Churchill Small.
Next year our staff will be selected from the students who have attended this years Happening. Hence, it is important that we look for and encourage students in grades 9 - 11 to get involved. Once they have participated in a Happening they will be given an opportunity to help grow the program.
Adult Happeners: This is available to adults who have not made a Happening who have an interest in serving / helping in the background of Happenings in the future. Adult Happeners have their own small group (they are not put in charge of students when they arrive) and are housed separately from the students. All other aspects of the program are the same. Once Adult Happeners have been through a weekend they will also be given a chance to help in future Happenings.
