Anti-trafficking Training
The North Texas Anti-Trafficking Task Team Training Institute has scheduled an advanced training meeting for law enforcement, social service and medical professionals in the North Texas region to advance the knowledge of practitioners in the field of human trafficking in the North Texas Region.
The training will be taught through case scenarios and discussion, and will demonstrate how collaboration among law enforcement agencies and non-profits lead to successful investigations and/or prosecutions and most importantly the safety of the survivors, their family and the community.
The meeting is scheduled 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Dec. 4, at the American Airlines Training & Conference Center, 4501, Highway 360 South in Fort Worth, Texas, 76155.
Topics Include: How to uncover trafficking cases, what first responders need to know, how to identify victims, and what partnerships are needed to secure successful investigations and prosecutions.
Law enforcement T.C.O.L.E. credit will be made available through the Tarrant County College Criminal Justice Training Center.
