IMMUNIZATIONS BY CARING FOR CHILDREN FOUNDATION CARE VAN™

Scheduled for 1 to 3 p.m., August 20 in the Great Hall of Church of the Incarnation, 3966 McKinney Avenue, Dallas, 75204.

The Care Van® Program is a community outreach program of the Caring for Children

Foundation of Texas, providing free immunizations to children 2 months through

18 years of age. Children/teens are eligible if he/she has no insurance, insurance

that does not cover vaccine, has Medicaid, or is American Indian/Native American or

Alaskan Native. Complete immunization records are required for this service.

No appointment needed. You can visit North Dallas Shared Ministries for no cost
