The Diocese of Dallas Youth Commission (DDYC) invites all Junior and Senior High students and their sponsors to the DDYC Retreat on Friday, February 26, to Sunday, February 28, 2016, at Camp All Saints, 418 Stanton Way, Pottsboro, 75076.

The Theme, “SHUT UP!” is based on Jeremiah 20:9, “His word is in my heart like a fire, a fire shut up in my bones.” Our retreat leader will be Logan Hurst, from St. Matthew’s Cathedral, Dallas. Participants will experience Logan’s presentations all together but break out into grade level small groups for reflection. Our spiritual directors will be the Rev. Kathy Garrett, St. Peter’s, McKinney, and the Rev. Michael Hurst, Church of the Savior, Allen.

This event, for 6th through 12th graders, will be a jam-packed program filled with fun, fellowship, active worship, and terrific teaching as well as providing a great retreat experience.  Plan to arrive that Friday between 7 and 7:30 p.m. having already eaten dinner. We will be done by Noon on Sunday.

Cost is $80 per person. All participants, BOTH students and adults,must bring a completed registration form and waiver forms. Please do not bring checks or money - churches will be invoiced after the event.
