After speaking with our partner organizations and people on the ground in Ukraine, the best way to help, in my opinion, is by supporting United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. Ukrainian refugees are pouring into several countries along various borders. UNHCR is actively supporting them as they wait crossing the border by providing food, blankets, etc. UNHCR also supports refugees when they get to the secondary country, Romania, Slovakia and other countries. They have resources, vast access to all these countries and the practical expertise to deal with massive crisis.
