Members from around the nation who are affiliated with the Episcopal Church's Ecclesia Ministries will meet in Dallas Nov. 6-8, in order to learn from each other the best practices for ministry to the homeless. 

The group will be attending workshops focused on advocacy, fundraising and centering prayer. Dallas police will lead a workshop on how to talk to homeless people who are agitated and angry and make them calm.
