To file a complaint against a youth summer camp regarding health and safety standards through the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS), contact the Youth Camp Program by calling (512) 834-6788, emailing , or faxing (512) 834-6726. Complaints can also be submitted by mail, and urgentabuse/neglect concerns should be reported to the Texas Abuse Hotline, 1-800-252-5400.
