It's a summer of baseball fun in the Dallas diocese with two events on the schedule:

First up to bat: A mix and mingle with the Diocese of Fort Worth at the Texas Rangers vs. the Boston Red Sox game. This is scheduled for 7:05 p.m., July 5. Tickets for adults cost $16 and for children under the age of 13 it's $6. Food tickets cost $10 and include a hotdog, drink and popcorn or peanuts. Parking is $18 for cars and $20 for vans. Bishop Sumner is scheduled to throw the ceremonial first pitch of a Frisco RoughRiders baseball game scheduled for 7:05 p.m. August 17, against Arkansas. This is a fundraiser for Camp All Saints scholarships, that pay for youth to attend summer camp. The camp needs to sell 75 tickets at $20 each, which will in turn generate $150 for the camp. Or if the camp can sell 300 tickets, that would generate $1,500 to use for scholarships. Please fill out the survey below if your church is interested in attending this game.
