Canon Gilton guides parishes in transition and provides congregational development resources.  He also supports clergy deployment, including newly ordained clergy placement and letters of agreement for clergy within the Diocese.  Additionally,  Gilton leads the Diocesan Church Planting Commission. On Sunday, he is visiting teaching, preaching and celebrating throughout the Diocese.
