Table Vendors - Register Now for Convention

The Diocesan Convention is scheduled for November 9, at Parish Episcopal School, 4101 Sigma Road, Dallas, 75244. As in past years, the convention will again be a one-day affair which generally concludes by mid-afternoon. We anticipate that we will only be able to offer 25 tables with a limit of one table per exhibitor. All tables will be the same size and will cost $55 per table. The 25 positions will be reserved on a first come, first served basis, so plan on getting your registration forms in early.
- Deadline for filing a request form and payment is October 23, (see Exhibitor Registration Form)
- Confirmations will be sent upon receipt of registration
- Setup instructions will be sent prior to the meeting date
We anticipate that setup may be done between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Friday, or beginning at 7 a.m. on convention day. Instructions will be sent closer to the date.
Also note that the cost of one lunch is included in the registration fee. Additional lunches may be obtained for $13 each.
Electrical access is limited and must be requested in advance. We are pleased to include electrical usage in the cost of the exhibit table. However PLEASE NOTE: Exhibitors must provide their own long heavy duty extension cords. NONE will be available on the day of convention.
