The Cost of COVID Event is a unique, 90-minute interactive, online event designed by UNITE to help individuals and groups:

Understand the Crisis. In an interactive discussion on the elements of holistic human flourishing, our certified Facilitator (from UNITE www.unitethechurch.org) shares expert explanations of the struggles of Covid-19 especially on people living in poverty.

Experience Their Stories. In small discussion groups, participants experience real families' and individuals' stories and make complex decisions while navigating through pre-existing hardships of living in poverty compounded by the pandemic.

Help Restore Lives. After engaging real-life stories of those living in poverty, participants discuss how to make the most impact through new tools, existing programs, and EDOD resources.

*This first Cost of COVID Experience will be for clergy only (November 6) and a second COST OF COVID Experience on Tuesday, November 17^th from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. for all of EDOD.
